Why did I start with that?
Well… I’ll tell ya. Sure, the heart is a magical place and when you L L Love one another, it makes everything oh so warm and yummy and… blah blah blah. But it doesn’t really help you with the road map down there. Ya know, her vagina…etc.

Also, we’ve discovered that there is a surprising number of women out there who don’t know their own bodies as much as they should. It is time to lay on your back with a hand mirror ladies, we aren’t kidding.
Instead of one spot, we are giving you four others today. Whether you know them or not – this needs to be said – get to know them better!
BEFORE you get started:
1. Forget 85% of what you’ve “learned” from porno. Most of it is a lie. Just like Disney lies to girls.
2. This is where the ‘heart’ comes in. Communication is important. You may not LOVE doing all this reading, but you will LOVE the results. So talk about sex, all the time, with anyone (especially your partner).
3. Genitals during the development phase in utero are the same until the Y chromosome and hormones start to kick in. If the eggs was fertilized by a “Y sperm” the baby will be a boy. If the egg was fertilized by a “X sperm” the baby will be a girl. This is important to know because female genitals have matching parts to male genitals.
4. Trim your nails, wash your hands, and brush your teeth.
5. Make sure she is turned on and ready to go, because if she isn’t wet, get a little lube ready.
If you read all of that already – then you’ve passed the test, if you skipped to this point, then, well, at least your intentions are good.

3. Graffenburg Spot aka G-Spot - is located about 3-4″ inside of the vagina and if she is on her back, then you will place your fingers (palm up) into her and curl them into a “come hither” motion. It is actually the urethral sponge, and is akin to a male’s prostate. Ladies, it is a tad difficult to reach it yourself but it can be done if you have long fingers. Most just use a toy with a curve on the end.

Meaning you can revisit this place quickly after a woman has an orgasm.
This spot is totally opposite the G-Spot. AFE is deep within, and you will turn your palm face down if she is on her back using a scooping motion. Just like it is impossible for you to lick your elbow, it is impossible for a woman to stimulate her own AFE spot.
